Live In Care
UK Care Team offer a ‘Live In’ care service for those that require around the clock companionship and support. This option allows an individual to remain living at home independently for as long as possible and provides an attractive alternative to the upheaval of moving into a residential care home or nursing home.
Live In Care is a cost-effective way to receive on-going, daily care in the comfort of your own home. Our clients receive the same level of care provided at a care home or nursing home, but in familiar surroundings, which can often be beneficial in maintaining an individual’s independence, confidence and overall wellbeing.
Again, the service we offer is totally flexible, allowing you to choose the right level of support. We undertake regular reviews to ensure that you’re completely happy with the standards of care provided by your care worker.
Our Live In Care option also provides an ideal solution for anyone who requires temporary ‘around the clock’ support, perhaps following an illness or operation.
Caring for a loved one can often be exhausting, leaving you with very little time for anything else in life. It’s very easy to forget about yourself in this situation, but your own health and wellbeing is of vital importance, to you and the person you care for.
Here at UK Care Team we understand that anyone in this demanding position should take regular breaks and make time for themselves. Whether it’s a day out with friends, a family holiday or simply spending some time alone, a break can really make a difference, helping you to recharge your batteries and regain your own identity.
Understandably, it’s often hard to let go, but UK Care Team can offer you help and support during this time by providing reliable, high-quality respite care to give you the confidence and peace of mind you deserve whilst you’re away.
Our respite care services are totally flexible and individually tailored to suit the needs of you and the person you care for.
It’s worth contacting your local social services team who can provide a Carer’s Assessment which may help you in gaining financial support during this time.
If you’d like to find out more about our respite care services and how we can help you, simply get in touch with us via our contact page and we’ll be happy to offer you some professional guidance and advice at this difficult time.
